Hendrik Zeitler has headed north, to Abisko National Park situated in the mountains of Swedish Lapland, about 200 kilometres north of the Arctic Circle. The pictures are taken during visits there in 2019, 2020 and 2023. The technique used is cameraless photography, even called photograms. The motifs are exposed by night, directly on light sensitive paper, using a strobe. In that way every picture is an imprint of a small part of the landscape in the scale of 1:1.
